About Kevin:
Kevin Weaver offers his clients over a decade of consumer finance experience to advise them on the broad range of mortgage products and programs available. He received his BA in Finance from the University of Toledo in March 1996 and soon after began working as an Automotive Finance Underwriter and Credit Analyst. He began underwriting mortgage loans in the spring of 1998 and became more involved in marketing, training, and product development the following year. His diverse background in both wholesale and retail lending offers a unique persepctive to the financial marketplace in general. Kevin was an Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager with Lenders Diversified prior to joining the Kash Mortgage team in 2006.
Kevin prides himself on product knowledge and believes in empowering his clients with information. He continually updates his certification and training and has recently completed 2 sessions on FHA updates and policies.
In his free time, Kevin is active in the Fundraising Committee at his church and as an officer of the Parent Teacher Society at his daughter's school. He is an avid baseball fan and loves to talk sports too! We think that if Kevin were not a mortgage professional, he may have chosen to become a meteorologist. When storms approach the area, Kevin becomes the Kash Mortgage 'Storm Tracker'.

For these borrowers who may have higher credit scores or additional assets the process cannot get much easier. You will receive a checklist outlining the items we need to document your income and assets depending on your situation. If looking to purchase, you will receive our Pre-Approval letter so you are ready to shop for your new home with the leverage and advantage of being a pre-approved buyer. . If automated approval does not work in your situation, we take the necessary steps to present your file to underwriting. We will let you know exactly what needs to be addressed and clearly present you with options for doing so. With a few explanations for items on your credit report and some documentation to support your income, assets, or credit you may qualify for loan terms others may have told you simply were not possible for you. Some of the larger banks and mortgage lenders simply do not take the time to look at each case as closely as we do. For example, if you've had a bankruptcy in the past but have re-established solid credit history in the last 2-3 years FHA may the very best program available to you.
