Why consider a Veteran's Home loan?

Why consider a VA loan? A better question - why not? They are among the best, most affordable mortgages available.  Let me explain some of the great features of a loan that really pays our Veteran's .....

Fact and Fiction-

Fact-The VA is one of the only loans available that has no MI. This can save you a significant amount on your monthly payment.

Fiction- Surviving spouses do not qualify for VA. Yes, you may. You may even qualify for a funding fee waiver based on your spouse.  

Fact-These loans are an excellent way for qualified veterans to purchase or refinance a home.  Even if your current home loan is not a VA loan, you could potentially refinance it to a VA loan.

Fiction - VA loans are extremely difficult. They are more labor intensive on our part, but not on yours. We make it easy. We walk you through every step. We make them fast and easy.

Fiction-You can only use VA home loan benefit one time. No. If you payoff your VA loan, you release the benefit to be used again.

Just a few other fast facts:

Veterans who qualify as 10% disabled or greater as a result of active military service are not required to pay a funding fee.

To get you pre-approved, I have provided a link to start the approval process. After I receive your application or your request for me to take your application by phone. I will immediately process it same day approval. Once you are approved, you have 120 days to find a home and close your loan.

VA loans take about 2-3 weeks to complete, so plan accordingly.

You will need a copy of your DD214 and your original Certificate of Eligibility form 26-1880.  If you do not have your DD214 or Certificate of Eligibility, I will help you obtain the forms.

If you are a 1^st time homebuyer, let me know. I will walk you through the steps of home buying and make the process easy. However, this can be for your 1st home or your 10th.

Each time you sell a VA home, your eligibility may be released. It is also a low priced alternative for a refinance. Often, without the massive paperwork!
